New Age Land Development is a sub-brand that deals with the reforming of a large section of terrain. The entire process involves buying a large piece of land, examining the land for its usability, developing the land by installation of pipelines, electricity, segregation into plots for proper use, and ultimately sell the plots at a proper value.
In an economic context, it signifies the investment made for improving a piece of land to increase its potential use for humans. We do not restrict ourselves to a particular use for the bought terrain, we study the soil, the depth of ground water, the environment before planning for conversion and sale to farmland/real estate development/industries/commercial marketplace etc. We also have a team of intellectual architects, interior designers and required technicians to advise the buyers on the best productivity of the reformed terrain.

and high sustainability over a long period of time. It is also the need of the hour for today’s ever increasing population, constantly reducing areas of terrain and a need for meeting the planet’s sustainability goals. We have successfully carried out land development on large portions of land in Lonavala, Surat, Goa and Punjab; and we are expanding to many different parts of the country.
The mission of New Age Land Development is to master engineer large portions of land through checking feasibility, incorporate below the earth infrastructure of pipelines, grading and segregation to increase the ROI (return of investment) of the land for the buyers.
